Digital Services Delivery Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Digital Services Delivery Policy explains how IELTS Mockup delivers paid digital services after a successful payment. It applies to mock-test subscriptions and related online features.
Effective date: 1 July 2026
1. Nature of the service
IELTS Mockup is an online practice platform. We provide digital access only. There is no physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery of books, cards, or certificates.
Services may include Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking mock tests, a student dashboard, attempt history, and AI-estimated feedback where available.
2. When delivery happens
After a successful payment, access is normally granted immediately (or within a short processing time) to the account used at checkout. Delivery is complete when the paid features become available in your dashboard.
You may also receive an email confirmation to your registered address. Failure to receive email does not mean access was not delivered if the dashboard shows an active subscription.
3. How to access delivered services
- Log in at ieltsmockup.com with the account used for payment.
- Open the Dashboard.
- Start available mock tests from the Tests menu.
Keep your login details secure. Access is licensed to the paying user and must not be shared.
4. Delivery period and subscription term
Digital access is delivered for the subscription period shown at checkout (for example one, two, or three months), starting from activation. When the term ends, paid features expire unless you renew.
5. If access is delayed
If payment succeeded but tests are not available:
- Refresh the page and log out and in again.
- Confirm you are using the same email account used for payment.
- Contact info@ieltsmockup.com with your registered email, transaction ID, and payment time.
We will investigate and, where the delay is on our side, activate access, extend the term, or apply the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. User requirements
You are responsible for a working internet connection, a supported browser, and (for Speaking) a microphone. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by your device, network, or payment-provider delay after funds have left your account.
7. No official IELTS materials
Delivered content is independent practice material. It is not an official IELTS test, certificate, or Test Report Form, and is not affiliated with British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.
