By creating an account, accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, attempting a test, submitting answers, uploading or recording audio, or using any service provided by IELTS Mockup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- “IELTS Mockup”, “we”, “us”, “our” means IELTS Mockup, a registered firm operating the website ieltsmockup.com.
- “User”, “student”, “you”, “your” means any person who registers, accesses, purchases, or uses the platform.
- “Platform” means the IELTS Mockup website, dashboard, mock tests, content, software, AI-assisted tools, payment flow, referral features, and related services.

2. Independent IELTS Practice Platform
IELTS Mockup is an independent online IELTS practice platform.
IELTS Mockup is not an official IELTS test provider. We are not affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with IELTS, British Council, IDP IELTS, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any official IELTS test centre.
Any use of the word “IELTS” on our website is descriptive only and is used to identify the examination category for which our practice services are designed.
We do not issue official IELTS scores, official IELTS certificates, official IELTS Test Report Forms, official IELTS registrations, visas, admissions, migration advice, employment approvals, or official test bookings.
3. Nature of Services
IELTS Mockup may provide some or all of the following services:
- IELTS Listening practice tests.
- IELTS Reading practice tests.
- IELTS Writing practice tasks and AI-estimated evaluation.
- IELTS Speaking practice questions, audio recording, transcription, and AI-estimated evaluation.
- Academic IELTS and General Training IELTS practice materials.
- Student dashboard and attempt tracking.
- Free demo tests or limited trial access.
- Paid subscription access.
- Partner or referral tracking where applicable.
- Educational guide content, tips, and preparation resources.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, restrict, or replace any feature at any time for operational, technical, legal, academic, security, or commercial reasons.
4. No Guarantee of IELTS Band Score
IELTS Mockup is a preparation and practice platform only.
We do not guarantee:
- Any particular IELTS band score.
- Improvement by a specific number of bands.
- Success in the official IELTS test.
- Admission to any university, college, or institution.
- Visa approval.
- Job placement.
- Migration approval.
- Acceptance by any organisation.
- Any financial, academic, immigration, or career outcome.
Your performance depends on many factors, including your English ability, preparation routine, test-day performance, health, confidence, and official examiner assessment.
Any estimated score shown on IELTS Mockup is for practice purposes only and must not be treated as an official IELTS result.
5. AI-Estimated Writing and Speaking Evaluation
IELTS Mockup may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, transcription tools, scoring prompts, and other technical methods to evaluate Writing and Speaking submissions.
AI Evaluation may include:
- Estimated band score.
- Task Achievement or Task Response feedback.
- Coherence and Cohesion feedback.
- Lexical Resource feedback.
- Grammatical Range and Accuracy feedback.
- Fluency and Coherence feedback.
- Pronunciation estimate.
- Improvement suggestions.
- Error analysis.
- Study recommendations.
AI Evaluation is not a human examiner assessment and is not an official IELTS result. It may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or differences from what an official IELTS examiner may decide.
For Speaking evaluation, the platform may use recorded audio, transcript, answer duration, pause-related information, filler usage, speech rate, and other technical indicators. Even then, pronunciation, fluency, and overall speaking analysis remain estimates.
You agree that AI Evaluation is provided only as educational guidance and should not be relied upon as a final, official, or guaranteed measure of IELTS readiness.
6. Account Registration
To use certain services, you may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and while using the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You must not share your account, password, dashboard, test access, or subscription with any other person.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must inform us immediately at info@ieltsmockup.com.
We may refuse registration, suspend an account, restrict access, or terminate access if we believe the information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Use by Minors
If you are under the age of 18, you may use IELTS Mockup only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription for a minor, the parent, guardian, teacher, or payer confirms that they accept these Terms on behalf of the minor user.
8. Subscription Plans and Access
IELTS Mockup may offer monthly or other subscription plans.
Your subscription gives you access to the services included in the selected plan for the stated duration, subject to these Terms, usage limits, technical availability, and fair use rules.
Subscription access starts when payment is successfully received and verified, unless we specify otherwise.
Access is digital and time-based. If you do not use the platform during your subscription period, the subscription period will still continue to run.
We may change plan names, prices, limits, features, and access rules from time to time. Changes will normally apply to new purchases or renewals, unless required earlier for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.
9. Usage Limits and Fair Use
To maintain platform stability and fair access for all users, IELTS Mockup may apply usage limits.
These limits may include:
- Number of Writing evaluations per month.
- Number of Speaking evaluations per month.
- Maximum recording duration.
- Maximum answer length.
- Maximum file size.
- Re-evaluation limits.
- Attempt limits.
- Daily or monthly usage limits.
- Restrictions on excessive, automated, or abusive use.
We may reject, delay, restrict, or charge separately for usage beyond the limits of your plan.
“Unlimited” access, if ever offered, does not mean abusive, automated, commercial, shared, technically harmful, or system-stressing usage.
10. Free Demo or Trial Access
IELTS Mockup may provide free demo access, trial tests, limited evaluation, or sample features.
Free demo access may be limited in scope, time, attempts, features, or evaluation depth.
We may modify, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue free demo access at any time.
Free demo access does not guarantee that all paid features will be available in the same way.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, Raast, payment links, or other payment methods made available on the platform.
By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment gateway’s terms, banking rules, card network rules, and any charges imposed by payment processors or financial institutions.
IELTS Mockup does not store your complete debit card or credit card information unless expressly stated and legally permitted. Payment information is normally handled by the relevant third-party payment processor.
A subscription is activated only after successful payment confirmation. If payment is pending, failed, reversed, disputed, charged back, or not received, we may refuse or suspend access.
You are responsible for providing correct payment information.
12. Taxes and Charges
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, service charges, gateway fees, bank charges, withholding, sales tax, or any other lawful charges, depending on how the price is displayed at checkout.
Where applicable, taxes or charges may be added at checkout or reflected in the final invoice, receipt, or payment record.
IELTS Mockup may revise prices if tax laws, payment charges, exchange rates, gateway fees, operational costs, or commercial requirements change.
13. Refund Policy
Because IELTS Mockup provides digital access, test content, AI evaluation, and online services, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or the user has used the platform.
A refund may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- Payment deducted but access not activated due to our verified system error.
- A serious technical issue caused by IELTS Mockup that prevents access for a substantial period and cannot reasonably be fixed through extension, replacement access, or support.
- Any refund required by applicable law.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to use the subscription.
- Dissatisfaction with an AI-estimated score.
- Disagreement with feedback.
- Internet, device, microphone, browser, or user-side technical issues.
- Student’s result in the official IELTS test.
- Accidental purchase where access has already been used.
- Account suspension due to violation of these Terms.
- Subscription expiry due to non-use.
- Delay caused by payment gateway, bank, wallet, card network, or user-side payment issue.
We may offer an extension, credit, replacement access, or technical support instead of a refund where appropriate.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@ieltsmockup.com with payment proof, registered email, transaction ID, and issue details.
Approval of any refund is at our reasonable discretion, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you raise a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute after receiving access, we may suspend your account while the matter is investigated.
If a chargeback is found to be improper, fraudulent, or inconsistent with actual platform use, we may terminate access, recover outstanding amounts, block future accounts, and take lawful action.
You agree to contact IELTS Mockup support at info@ieltsmockup.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, unless immediate action is required by applicable law.
15. Student Dashboard and Results
Your dashboard may show test attempts, submitted answers, evaluation results, estimated scores, subscription status, progress indicators, and other learning data.
Dashboard information is provided for educational tracking only.
We may modify result formats, scoring displays, feedback structure, dashboard design, and reporting methods from time to time.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of all results, recordings, transcripts, answers, or attempts. You should save or download any information you need, where downloading is available.
16. Speaking Recordings and Audio Submissions
For Speaking practice, you may be required to record and submit audio responses.
By submitting audio, you confirm that:
- The voice recording is your own response.
- You have not submitted someone else’s voice as your own.
- You consent to IELTS Mockup processing the audio for transcription, evaluation, storage, quality control, technical support, security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
- Your recording does not contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or third-party confidential content.
You are responsible for using a working microphone, stable internet connection, compatible browser, and suitable recording environment.
We are not responsible for poor evaluation quality caused by background noise, low audio volume, broken microphone, unstable connection, device issues, browser issues, or unclear speech input.
17. Writing Submissions
You confirm that Writing answers submitted by you are your own work, unless the platform expressly permits practice with sample answers.
You must not submit copied, plagiarised, automated, offensive, unlawful, or third-party copyrighted content as your own answer.
If we believe an answer is copied, generated in bad faith, abusive, or submitted to manipulate the system, we may refuse evaluation, mark it as invalid, suspend access, or take other reasonable action.
18. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, rent, transfer, or sublicense your account.
- Copy, scrape, download, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission.
- Record, republish, leak, upload, or sell mock tests, questions, audio, passages, answer keys, explanations, or dashboard content.
- Use bots, scripts, crawlers, automation, scraping tools, or mass extraction tools.
- Attempt to bypass subscription controls, payment systems, access limits, or security features.
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload, scan, hack, or interfere with the platform.
- Submit malicious code, spam, harmful files, or abusive content.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

- Attempt to manipulate AI evaluation or scoring systems.
- Use another person’s payment method without authorisation.
- Misuse referral codes, teacher codes, discounts, coupons, or partner links.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, loss of access, cancellation of results, refusal of refund, reversal of partner benefits, and lawful action.
19. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, mock tests, passages, questions, audio materials, answer keys, explanations, scoring logic, AI prompts, dashboard layouts, graphics, branding, databases, and platform materials are owned by IELTS Mockup or licensed to IELTS Mockup, unless otherwise stated.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal IELTS preparation only.

23. Teacher, Academy, and Referral Partners
